This striking five-bedroom home is sprawled over two impressive storeys. It's also a short 700 metres from the beach and Cowes main street. Designed for comfort and entertainment, this spacious holiday home accommodates up to 12 guests. The ground floor features a generous living room with a large screen TV, a well-appointed kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and dining for 12. A queen bedroom with ensuite, walk-in robe, and TV, plus laundry, powder room, and access to outdoor living, complete the lower level. Upstairs offers a second lounge with TV, the main bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet, and four bedrooms. The master includes a queen bed and ensuite; two other rooms offer queen beds, and the fifth is perfect for kids with bunks and a trundle. Board games add extra fun. Enjoy ducted heating and cooling year-round, plus a solar-heated pool and alfresco area. Though the garage isn't available, gated parking for 3 vehicles—and room for a boat or jet skis—ensures convenience and flexibility. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure. Additionally, booking through “Obrien Real Estate” necessitates completion of an online check-in process closer to your arrival date, including providing a Photo ID and a credit/debit card. *Online registration and payment of a bond is required for all bookings.
