The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower. A well equipped kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and microwave and a dining area with enough seats for everyone. There are comfortable couches in the loungeroom along with TV and DVD, so you can enjoy a movie. Sliding doors lead out to the large deck with a bbq and outdoor setting, so you can enjoy a meal in the beautiful sunshine. Split system heating and cooling will keep you comfortable whatever the weather. With plenty of parking options available, this fully fenced property also welcomes your pet - by application only and strictly outside. *Please note that linen is NOT included when booking this property* A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage.
