Amaroo is a stylish three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse designed for relaxed coastal stays. Sleeping up to 9 guests, it features two separate living areas, a modern open-plan kitchen and dining space, reverse-cycle heating and cooling, and a covered alfresco area with plumbed gas BBQ, outdoor heating, and dining. Located near Swan Bay and just 4km from Queenscliff town centre, guests can enjoy easy access to beaches, the Bellarine Rail Trail, and local amenities. Pets welcome (up to 2 dogs). BYO linen or hire available by prior arrangement. Please note key collect is located at a separate address a short drive away, details will be emailed prior to arrival
