Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or outdoor adventures, it is the perfect base for your country getaway. Features: - Two bedrooms, sleeping up to 4. Base rate for 2 guests includes 1 bedroom. To add second bedroom select 4 guests for correct rate - Two bathrooms, plus separate toilet - Fully-equipped kitchen - Dining indoors or outdoors - Gas log fireplace, split system, ceiling fans - Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, espresso coffee machine - Laundry facilities - Walking distance to everything in Woodend. AUD 500 damage deposit payable by bank transfer (bank details sent 7 days prior). If not paid by 3 days prior to arrival, your booking may be cancelled without refund. Returned within 7 days. House rules include: • Smoking not allowed • Pets not allowed • Parties/events not allowed • Leave the property tidy on departure, close to how you found it as is standard with most holiday rentals (dishes, benches, rubbish, etc) • Any linen stained/soiled/damaged/missing, full cost will be charged • No ceremonies, conferences, weddings & similar activities • No commercial photography • Children be supervised due to high-end fittings & furniture (this property may not suit all families) • Respect neighbours: no music outside, no additional sound equipment (Bluetooth speaker provided) • Damage deposit will be charged if any house rules are broken • ID required prior to arrival
