The gloriously light-filled open-concept interior including a contemporary well-appointed kitchen (with 900mm oven) is underscored by beautiful coastal flooring and gas fireplace, bringing a sense of calm and unity for the whole family, before spilling outwards to a huge covered deck with TV, ceiling fan and pizza oven – perfect setting for indoor-outdoor entertaining. Please note front gate currently not operational and can not be closed. 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and a set of bunks with a trundle) are serviced by a sleek fully renovated bathroom with bath and shower, and complemented by the comfort of an additional WC and reverse cycle heating/AC in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. A desirable seaside escape located within minutes of the breathtaking scenery and rugged coastline of Rye ocean beach, and a short drive to golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs and beautiful wineries. This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm. We would hate for any digression from this request to result in your stay being cancelled without refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
