This is brand new unit just completed few months ago. Unbroken nature strip in front of the unit. Not busy Neighbourhood. You may lucky enough to see Kangaroo running in the evening. Plenty of walk ways overlooking Gunghalin town centre 6 minutes drive to Coles shopping, liquor shops, Aldi, Indian shops and restaurant, fuel station Off street parking available
