This well-presented double story townhouse, with absolute privacy is perfectly positioned and cleverly designed in a great location in Cowes. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, Cowes Luxury Getaway sleeps 8 guests. WE have free WiFi and Netflix. Your family will be comfortably accommodated with everything close by when you stay at this centrally-located place with a short drive to the beach. A delightful open plan living / dining area open to a private north facing outdoor area for entertaining. A well appointed kitchen featuring all your needs and appliances. This tranquil open plan space is the hub of the home and is well equipped with all of your needs. The master bedroom has a WIR and ensuite are also located on the main level. Upstairs there are an additional two bedrooms with built in wardrobes and the main bathroom. A minutes walk to Cowes Beach and an easy walk to Cowes township. The house is in a residential quite street, Loud parties are prohibited. This lovely home offers: Dishwasher NBN, Free WIFI and Netflix.
Located in the Cowes , which is situated only a couple of minutes walk to the super markets and around a minute drive to the esplanade (Main Beach) this is our personal holiday apartment which we have enjoyed renting out to guests since 2011. We continually upgrade the amenities to make it even more appealing. We think it has a homely but luxurious feel, and we hope that you like it too! Our guests have free use of our high speed wifi internet (NBN) and Netflix. If arriving by car, our property has two allocated spaces in the locable garage and on the driveway. If arriving by bus, it's only a 5min walk to the property. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask. We look forward to hosting you soon. My family and I love to go out for good food, exploring new towns and cities, and relaxing on a beach or by a pool. The location is fantastic and very quite street and a short walk to the main shops in Cowes. Everything is just so close! Language spoken: English, Spanish and Arabic
