If you’d prefer not to bring your own, linen hire is available through our office just let us know and we’ll organise it for you. This charming single-fronted home is ideally located between Swan Bay and Queenscliff’s shopping precinct, offering a comfortable coastal base for families and groups. Sleeping up to 9 guests across 3 bedrooms, it features a fully equipped kitchen, relaxed living area with TV, Wi-Fi, fireplace (wood BYO), and reverse-cycle air conditioning, plus a bathroom with bath and a second toilet in the laundry. The secure, fully fenced backyard includes a BBQ and shaded lawn, perfect for kids and pets. Close to bike paths, cafés, beaches, and local events, it’s a convenient base for exploring the area. Pets welcome (up to 2 dogs). BYO linen or hire available by arrangement. Please note key collect is located at a separate address a short drive away, details will be emailed prior to arrival

Neighborhood info

Centrally located in between the main shopping promenade and Swan Bay - you can park the car and walk to most things! The bike track is close by - from here you can cycle into Point Lonsdale or further, while the cafes and restaurants are only a 5 minute stroll down the street. Ideally located for The Blues Train and the Queenscliff Music Festival which are also close by.
