Nothing beats a great view, and the perfect space to unwind adn relax, and just like Coastal Tones, our villa locations (on the boundary of the resort), provide uninterrupted views and large, private rear decks where guests can dine, read a good book or watch the cows from Cowes as they graze next door. In searching for the perfect holiday home, privacy, comfort, style and convenience are often sought but rarely found. Coastal Tones is a modern, 2 storey, designer home just 800 metres from Cowes' main North beach and town centre, offering stylish accommodation with great views, and plenty of space both inside and out. We provide guests with the option to bring pets on their trip, for much loved beach walks and to enjoy the 20x20 private, grassed, shaded and gated back yard. The open plan upstairs living area includes a well appointed kitchen, dining and lounge, seperate powder room and a generous size master bedroom with ensuite and walk in robe. From the On the ground floor you will discover the games/billiard room, which opens out to the alfresco dining area and huge, tree lined and totally private backyard There are two more bedrooms with smart TV's in each, a laundry with both washing machine and clothes dryer, bathroom with seperate shower and bath, and a seperate powder room. The house block is one of the largest in the area, almost double the size of most, yet provides a totally private backyard lined with birch trees and punctuated with lemon and lime trees that continually fruit. You can hear the frogs in the lake across from the front deck, and will witness an abundance of bird life as you relax on the upstairs lounge. Guests have the option to dine upstairs or down with 2 entertaining decks over 2 floors, and 2 family rooms including a pool room which opens up to the 20 x 20 metre grassed back yard with undercover outdoor dining and BBQ. The top deck showcases stunning sunsets. with views across the park and creek below, with small BBQ and the full kitchen with gas cooking, while the ground floor rear deck is completely private with a tree bordered, fully fenced yard, which opens up from the pool and games room. All in all a quality beach house, which is generously appointed and tastefully furnished with relaxation and comfort in mind.

Seagrove is a quiet neighbourhood, housing mostly families. Stunning parkland with creek and lagoons, located across the road from the house, serves as one of the most innovative, natural water recycling system, and has been the template used for many developments since it's design and conception in 2010. There are two local parks, within 200m of the house. One has children's play equipment and BBQ areas, as well as a flying fox. The entire area boasts an abundance of native trees, shrubs and flowers, which set the background for many who meditate, or simply take a quiet walk around the area. You will hear the frogs each evening, as you take in the gorgeous sunsets and gaze out from the top deck of the home, across the parkland, creek and water reserve.
