The bedrooms, adorned with built-in robes, provide a restful sanctuary for every guest, while the main bedroom indulges you with a generous walk-in robe. For those who appreciate the art of cooking, the kitchen is a gourmet's dream, equipped with modern conveniences like a microwave and dishwasher. Outdoors, a world of relaxation and entertainment awaits. Dive into the inviting inground pool, let your cares melt away in the spa. An outdoor ceiling fan keeps you cool as you savour alfresco delights cooked on the plumbed-in Webber BBQ. There's a trampoline and a table tennis for the active souls in the garage, ensuring every moment is filled with excitement. Please note that the basketball area is not for use and must not be used due to council regulations. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours.
