Nautilus is a beautiful unique home that is full of character and perfectly positioned in Rye, the home has much breath taking features and an incredible vibe that makes you want to stay on holiday. The main level of Nautilus features a living area including a living area with a large screen TV and an arcade machine. This level also includes 4 great size bedrooms and 1 bathroom. As you walk up the stairs you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed an ensuite and separate toilet and an office/bedroom with a fold-out sofa bed. This level also features the open plan living, dining and full-sized kitchen and cozy lounge areas.
