Quietly nestled in a treasured locale, this beautiful home offers so much for the family to enjoy. With easy access to the front and back beaches, coupled with the shops, eateries and golf courses, this spacious residence has something for everyone. Feelings of openness and being surrounded by greenery will become part of your stay from this immaculate home, incorporating 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms main bedroom with ensuite and WIR. Outdoor living will be an absolute pleasure and with the front veranda, outdoor gazebos and multiple decks, you are simply spoilt for choice. Inside, the kitchen overlooks the bright meals area and leads seamlessly to the lower deck. Step up to the expansive lounge/ family room which is warmed in winter by the cosy wood fire and bathed in natural light all year round. From here you will delight in the stunning skyline and treetop vistas, before retreating to the enormous undercover decking, perfect for all weather entertaining. Extras include an inviting large swimming pool, , double sinks in the main bathroom, polished floor boards and a paved driveway leading to the lock up garage. Unacceptable behavior is not permitted and all outdoor areas including swimming pool and outdoor decking’s are not to be used between 11 pm and 7 am. These rules are in place so you do not impact on the peace expected to be enjoyed by the surrounding residents.
