Situated just a 10-minute walk from the Rye Bay Beach you will find this cosy 3-bedroom 2-bathroom family home, perfect for your Rye coastal getaway. Featuring 2 separate living rooms, a Coonara wood fire, wall gas heater, portable heaters in bedrooms, reverse cycle air conditioner, large ceiling fans in lounge areas, ceiling fans in two bedrooms, two flat-screen TV's, beanbags for the children – or for your inner child. The main bedroom features a Queen size bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with shower, toilet and a double basin. In the main bathroom you will find another shower, bath and basin with a separate toilet. Head on outdoors to the entertaining area that has an outdoor setting and BBQ to enjoy the summer nights outside. This is the perfect holiday home to share with your family and friends.
