This recently rerenovated 5 bedroom home is inspired by Rye's unique costal lifestyle. It's less than 2 minute drive from Rye beach. A short drive to Peninsula Hot Springs, wineries and variety of golf courses. The home features 65 inch smart tv, split systems and pod coffee machine. Our relaxation retreat offers countless aspects of tranquility, enjoy peace and quiet while sitting out on the decking and taking in our lush tropical garden. The home has two level but there’s no internal access and it there's 2 dwellings on 1 block. This property is at the front.
