On the edge of Cowes, close to the GP Circuit, Penguin Parade & Red Rocks Beach, this pet friendly 4-bedroom home has great views, open plan kitchen, sitting room, spa bath and games room. The property boasts the deck of your dreams with 4 separate seating areas, overlooking a back paddock where wallabies roam. The deck can be enclosed in winter and features a heater for year round use. There are only 2 small steps to enter the property and a fully fenced back yard for your 4-legged friends.
We will contact you the day prior to your arrival with access details. Guests will be able to access the property independently and will have the space to themselves. We are not on site but are available to assist you with any of your needs throughout your stay.
The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of beautiful Red Rocks Beach. The house backs onto farmland, giving peaceful vibes as you watch the wallabies gather in the fields beyond. It truly is the perfect place for a quiet getaway weekend where you can enjoy dinner on the verandah watching the sunset over the fields - if you really look you even have beach views from the patio at the back. The property is easily accessible by car with ample parking out front and one carport space. There are two wide, low steps to navigate at the main entrance, otherwise the property is quite accessible. It is a 1 min drive or 15 minute easy walk to the beach and 5 min drive (45 min walk) to the main strip of Cowes. There is a bus stop 100 meters up the road making it easy to take public transport to events
