A cosy quiet house away from the hustle and bustle of Cowes. Perfect for family and friends to share. The house has an open lounge and dining room, kitchen, 2 king bedrooms bedrooms and a third bedroom with double bunk bed and trundle, 2.5 bathrooms; main bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet, ensuite in master bedroom. Only 3 kms from the Grand Prix track and 1.6klms from beautiful Smith’s beach. A peaceful retreat to relax and recharge.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood with beautiful gum trees.
