Inspired by the sandy beach and turquoise water of the Port Phillip Bay, Sunryes Beach House is a humble family holiday house with a rustic coastal vibe that is both relaxing and functional. Situated on a large 1000 sqm block in the heart of Rye Carnival Precinct, Sunryes Beach House provides the most convenient and relaxing base for exploring the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. The air-conditioned holiday home features three sleeping areas that can accommodate up to 11 people. The fully equipped kitchen comes with dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, as well as espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, utensils and crockery. There are 2 bathrooms inside the house, each with a shower and a toilet. A 3rd toilet near the Outdoor Entertainment area. Two sitting areas for watching TV/DVD or playing video games without interfere with each other. Huge backyard with covered outdoor dining. All linen, towels, toiletries, and cooking essentials are provided free of charge. Portacotta and high chairs can be arranged upon request at no additional cost. Plenty of parking space for your family.
