Welcome to our Victorian inspired cottage which was once our property’s little old Dairy. It is situated in our beautiful large garden on a small acreage right on the shore of Lake Lorne, Drysdale. This lovely setting is very quiet and peaceful with birds, trees, the Lake, the Bellarine Historic railway and bike path at your doorstep.
Our heritage decorated cottage has a kitchenette, sofa, dining table, sunny deck and lovely light. It’s pretty unique as a cosy getaway. We hope you will stay and enjoy our little piece of paradise.
We love gardening, bike riding esp. the rail trail, dining and reading. We are always happy to give tips about what to do and what to see on the Bellarine Peninsula.
Drysdale is the hidden gem of the Bellarine Peninsula. It is a historic township with grazing, farming and winery heritage.
Located 10 minutes from Ocean Grove beach, 15 minutes from historic Queenscliff and 10 minutes from the bay beaches of Portarlington, Drysdale is the central township of the Bellarine Peninsula.
Our Lake Lorne is a rich nature reserve abundant with water birds. The Bellarine Railway (Drysdale to Queenscliff) is a historic railway including railway experiences including the Blues and Q train. We are right on the rail trail (50m) with superb cycling and walking trails awaiting you.
Wineries, restaurants, beaches, golf courses, Corio Bay and much more awaits your stay.
