With only a short drive to either Smiths Beach or Cowes makes this property the perfect base for a family getaway or to attend an event at the track. This charming three-bedroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, making it perfect for large families or even two small families holidaying together. The master bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite, while the second bedroom also offers a queen bed. The third bedroom is well-suited for children or teens, with a tri-bunk (double below, single on top) plus an additional single bed. A separate living room with TV and couch provides an ideal hangout space for the younger crew. Split-system heating and cooling in the main area ensures year-round comfort, and complimentary Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. Outdoors, a generous deck invites relaxed BBQs while kids and pets play in the fully fenced backyard. Pets are welcome outside (by application; conditions apply). There’s ample off-street parking available within the yard. Whether you're after beach days, backyard fun, or simply quality time together, this inviting property ticks all the boxes. *Please note that linen is not included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels. A refundable Bond is required in addition to your nightly tariff for all bookings, in case of accidental damage. The refundable Bond will be returned back to you, subject to an inspection of the property on your departure.
