Our bright and airy home is the perfect spot to enjoy all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Half way between Rye’s beautiful bay beach and the spectacular surf beach, the house offers you the best of both worlds. The large decking is the perfect space to watch the sunrise in the morning with a cup of tea, have a bbq for dinner and finish the day off with a cold beer watching the sunset. Each bedroom has been furnished with your comfort in mind. Parking for 6 cars. No Schoolies - sorry.

Quiet leafy suburb, and a 2 minute stroll from The Penisula Pantry...perfect place to get your morning coffee and vanilla slice! A short drive to the many pristine beaches the area has to offer, whether you like lying on the sand reading a good book, or tackling the surf on the back beach, you are only minutes away! You also have first class wineries, the famous hot springs and world famous golf courses on your doorstop. This is the perfect location for every family member’s holiday dreams. Parking for up to 6 cars. 1.6km away from both Rye’s Bay Beach and the 16th Surf Beach
