The tropical farm is situated on a private 1.3 acre fully landscaped block with views of all the surrounding rural farms so you won’t be disturbed during your stay. The house is a three bedroom two bathroom home with both north and south aspect decks the north deck has a under cover seating area, outdoor dining table and bbq facilities, the south facing deck opens up on to the beautiful rural views and private fully fenced backyard equiped with a 6-7 person spa to relax in on those cold nights. There is also a home gym equipped with treadmill,spin bike and other training equipment there is also a 2 person sauna for guests to use. The property has three large grassed areas for you or the kids to run around and enjoy , there is also a fire pit and pizza oven for those who would like to try there hand at making their own pizzas(subject to fire restrictions) this property truely is the ideal holiday are weekend destination been only 1.6km to the beach and a short 5 minute drive to the Main Street or a leisurely 15 min bike ride but feeling like you are a mile away from anywhere. There is an abundance of wildlife around the property also from wallaby’s,echidnas and native birds.

This is our own piece of paradise we have created with our two kids and would love to share it with everyone and hopefully you can have the same experiences and memories we have had and created. We have both grown up on Phillip island and now raising our children here we are all obsessed with the ocean from surfing to fishing and exploring everything this coastline has to offer
