Set on a private 3,000m² bush block, this beautifully appointed home combines luxury, space and resort-style amenities. Sleeping up to 12 guests across five bedrooms, the home has been thoughtfully designed with multiple living spaces, premium finishes and generous indoor-outdoor entertaining areas.

St Andrews Beach is a great spot away from the Hustle and bustle of Sorrento/Rye/Rosebud but close enough to access all those places in 10-15mins. It is one of the more secluded and undeveloped beaches on the Mornington Peninsula, yet it is very well located and is only a short drive to 3 of the best Public access golf courses in Australia, the Peninsula Hot Springs and the wineries of Red Hill!
