You will love being within walking distance of everything you need and exploring everything that makes Rye such a wonderful place to be.

Rye is a coastal town located on the Mornington Peninsula. Apart from the glorious beaches we have on offer there are attractions galore, one of the most popular being The Peninsula Hot Springs a great way to relax and unwind when you escape the City mayhem. The Eagle chairlift offers the best views of the entire Port Phillip Bay, head into the mountains and you will find an endless array of wineries, breweries and restaurants for dining or cellar door. Take the kids to the Enchanted Maze Gardens and experience Tree Surfing at great heights. The Peninsula is a wonderful place to explore, and you will love it just like we do.....
