White on Wright - New cosy cottage in the heart of Heathcote (walking distance to shops, restaurants and festivals) Newly complete 3-bedroom single-storey cottage close to centre of Heathcote, perfectly located for exploring the Heathcote wine region, cycling or walking the O'Keefe rail trail (between Heathcote to Bendigo) or water activities on Lake Eppalock. This newly built house (2022) combines cottage-style living with modern luxuries; it has an open-plan layout with fully equipped kitchen (900mm gas oven and cooktop, double fridge, dishwasher, microwave) and modern island bench. The cottage has been thoughtfully designed to wrap itself around a central deck area, plenty of room for the kids to run about or to enjoy an afternoon wine. The cottage sleeps 9 (queen bed in master bedroom, queen and bunk bed in bedroom two, and a double and single bed in bedroom three). You will also find a spacious bathroom with separate bath and large walk-in shower, whilst the main bedroom has its own WIR and ensuite. The cottage has double glazing and ducted heating to keep you warm on the cool central Victorian nights, and ducted evaporative cooling and split system for the summer months. The house is ideal for families or couples, for a cosy weekend with indoor and outdoor dining spaces, comfy couches and separate spaces to relax and unwind with a book, glass of wine or coffee, or watching TV.
