We are Teo and Diego, originally from Conil de la Frontera. Over 30 years ago, we started this project full of passion and dedication. What began as a dream has now become a unique place that has welcomed thousands of happy guests in El Palmar. Our goal has always been to offer accommodations with character, surrounded by nature and equipped with all the comforts to make every stay truly special. We are proud to share this beautiful corner of the Costa de la Luz with our visitors and to make them feel at home.

Property info

Alojamiento Turístico Nacarum is a collection of seven unique houses, hand-built over more than 30 years, located just 400 meters from El Palmar beach. Each home offers spacious, light-filled interiors, private gardens, decorative fountains, and details that capture the essence of Andalusia. Two of our houses feature private pools, and there is also a large communal swimming pool (8 x 18 meters) where you can relax at any time of year. All houses include private parking, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, and terraces to enjoy the sun and tranquility in a privileged natural setting, just minutes from the best beaches of the Costa de la Luz. We hold an official tourist registration number, ensuring quality, safety, and full compliance with all regulations.

Alojamiento Turístico Nacarum is located just 40 metres from the beach, on Camino de Guerrero, the most central street in El Palmar. Within walking distance you’ll find some of the area’s most popular spots, such as Casa Juan, Alférez, El Zoco, and our own restaurant Nacarum, where you can enjoy the best local cuisine. El Palmar is one of the most charming destinations on the Costa de la Luz, well known for its laid-back atmosphere and as an excellent beach for surfing all year round, especially from September to May.
