30 High Street is home to five beautifully restored one-bedroom holiday apartments, set within a historic building in the heart of Chipping Norton. They are part of a development of 13 holiday homes called 30 Chipping Norton, which is set across 30 High Street and Harpers Yard. Perfect for couples, solo travellers, and business guests, each apartment has both character and modern comfort. Inside the apartments, you’ll find a stylish king bedroom with luxury bedding, an equipped kitchenette, and a contemporary shower room, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. Each apartment has its own roof top terrace, as well as one secure parking space in our onsite carpark. Apartments 1, 2, and 3 are located on the first floor, with Apartments 4 and 5 on the second floor. Please note, all apartments have stairs to access.

The apartment is located in the heart of Chipping Norton, locally known as 'Chippy'. It is a short walk to lots of excellent cafes, restaurants and pubs. It is close to the well-known Daylesford Farm, Diddly Squat Farm and Soho Farmhouse. It is a short drive to other popular nearby villages such as Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water, Moreton in the Marsh, Burford, Chipping Campden and many more. Oxford is a 45 minute journey by train or car Blenheim Palace is around 25 minutes away Bicester Village is around 35 minutes away.
