Wellington Road is located in Ashton, one of the oldest parts of Preston. The wide leafy streets are typical of this area. Many of the properties have gardens that were designed for the original residents to grow their own produce. It still maintains a real community feeling. This apartment has been meticulously renovated to provide high-quality accommodation, while still retaining some of the original characters of the property. It's close to the university and motorway network.
