Lovely comfortable rooms in a happy house with Etihad Stadium, Co-Op Live, The National Cycling Centre and Manchester City's Football Academy all within easy walking distance of the house. There are several parks nearby one of which is Clayton Vale/Philip’s Park where one can have a leisurely stroll and maybe stop at the cafe for a snack or lite bite. For people who love the National Trust, once again there are several wonderful places a short drive from the house. There is a tram stop a short distance from the house and the bus service leaves from the bottom of our road, making accessing the city a breeze. We also have several shops such as Aldi, Iceland etc. and there are three ATMs within a short walk of the house, likewise there are numerous eating establishments and take aways catering for everything from Filipino food to the Great British Fry up. There are a great number of attractions in Manchester and even more in the surrounding area. Using the house as a base one can visit the vast array of interesting places in and around Manchester and the Northwest of England. One can spend many days exploring the wonders of the city and region and there is always something to do. In Manchester City Centre there is something for everyone and if you like food, then there is everything on offer from Michelin Star restaurant's to Kebab shops, from elegant restaurants to cosy cafes and as for night life, again Manchester has it all from a very flamboyant Gay village to top end night clubs and more bars than anyone person could handle. I take a pride in providing a lovely relaxed “Home from Home” where guests can relax and unwind. Whether they have had a busy day working or a busy day seeing what Manchester and the Northeast of England has to offer. I would like all the guests to enjoy their stay be that for a night, a week or a month and to feel at ease with everything. I enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and hearing about their adventures and exploits, that said after I check you in, I usually let you do your own thing but I am there in the background should you need anything. Please consider the property your "Home from Home" and relax and enjoy your time. Everything that you would need is available from cooking utensils along with a cooker also fridge, toaster, kettle etc. so feel free to make yourself food or simply order in, there is a vast array of take aways nearby and these can be accessed via Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber Eat and so on. Should you need or want anything and if I am not on the premises then a simple text or message will get me and I will respond without delay.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and we say that it’s the perfect location because you are close to everything but far enough out to insure a good night’s rest, so the best of both worlds really. From the house you have major attractions literally on your doorstep. There is the famous Etihad Stadium, home to Manchester City Football Club, there is the Manchester City Football Academy, also the Co-Op Live venue with world class shows and performances and the National Cycling Centre all within a short walk. There are also several well-known shops such as an Asda Super Store in one direction and Aldi, Iceland etc in the other direction, all within walking distance. There are three ATM's nearby and a plethora of cafe's, take aways and such like, so all in all there is everything one would need on your doorstep. There is also a couple of pubs nearby and one has a DJ at the weekends and the other has karaoke so again they will cater for most tastes.
