The apartment is secluded in the Lyn Valley overlooking the West Lyn river within Exmoor National Park, we are a 15 minute walk to the center of Lynton. The apartment has open plan living with 2 bedrooms and 2 en-suite shower rooms. A private outdoor terraced area is available for sole use of the apartment which is situated within the adjacent woodland and overlooking the river valley. All linen and towels are provided. Broadband is available within the property. 1 parking space is available on the private driveway in addition to on road unrestricted parking outside of the property. A 7KW electrical vehicle charging point is available to guests. We accept 1 well behaved medium sized dog. Electrical bike hire is also available from the property. Please enquire upon booking. The apartment is accessed via external stairs which means that the property may be not suitable to those who have difficulties with stairs.

The hosts live on site and will be pleased to welcome guests and help with directions to local attractions and amenities. If a private stay is what you prefer the apartment is accessed via a private entrance with external coded key box.

The apartment is located a few minutes walk away from the Cottage Inn public house which serves beers brewed in its own brewery and home cooked Thai food. Located in the Exmoor National Park with extensive moorland and costal walking paths. Lynway footpath opposite the Cottage Inn pub is a 15 minute scenic walk to Lynton where you will find local shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and even a cinema. The historic cliff railway provides access to Lynmouth harbor and beach. Lynton and Lynmouth is dog friendly destination, most pubs, cafes and shops welcome well behaved dogs.
