It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking. Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable 300GBP deposit (with a small, non-refundable 5GBP fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable 30GBP damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to 300GBP during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**

We welcome you to stay in our elegant and beautifully appointed home, set in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water. Newly renovated to an exceptional standard, this charming cottage offers thoughtfully designed living space arranged over three levels, seamlessly blending Cotswold character with contemporary sophistication. The spacious living room is beautifully proportioned, offering an inviting yet refined setting for relaxed evenings and unhurried mornings. The stylish kitchen is both sleek and practical, finished with quality fittings and designed to make everything from light breakfasts to celebratory suppers feel effortless and the dining space provides an intimate setting for gathering, whether for long countryside brunches or cosy evening meals after exploring the village. We have 3 x bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single) with the single bedroom also doubling up as an office for remote working. It is important to note that we have low lying beams in the bedroom and landing of the top floor so please be careful as there is restrictive movement. Outside, located on the side, we have a gorgeous patio perfectly set up with a table, chairs and a parasol for morning coffees or something stronger in the evenings! There is also the added bonus of two parking spaces, ensuring our guests can park safely and securely. We have a foldable cot here but please note we don't provide cot linen so you will need to bring your own if you plan to use the cot.
