We host a welcoming bunkhouse in the heart of Peebleshire, ideal for walkers, cyclists, and groups looking to explore the countryside. Our aim is to provide a clean, comfortable, and hassle-free base where you can relax after a day outdoors. We’re local and happy to help with advice on routes, places to eat, and things to see, while giving you the space to enjoy your stay at your own pace

Arrival Directions From the west (A72) or north (A703) of Peebles: · Cross the River Tweed onto the B7062 signposted for Cardrona / Traquair. · Follow the B7062 for 3.5 miles until you reach the Cardrona Forest car park. From the east (A72): · Take the turnoff for Cardrona Village, then follow signs for Kailzie / Peebles (B7062). · Continue for 0.75 miles to the Cardrona Forest car park. Final Approach Opposite the Cardrona Forest entrance, there will be a small cottage with green gables and white stone markers on the grass. Turn into the driveway next to this cottage and follow it past the building. Kailzie BIG Lodge is the large white house 100 metres further on.
