Chorlton has some of the finest independents in South Manchester. Boasting an array of indenpendent boutiques, interiors shops, fine pubs, eateries, gourmet grocery, wine merchant, Deli and coffee shop's situated a stones throw away on Beech Road, in the heart of Chorlton.
The property is situated next to the entrance to Chorlton Ees Nature Reserve which is a 58 hectacre designated site of biological importance, with a wonderful mix of woodland and meadows.
Chorlton nightlife is on your doorstep.
Travelling to Manchester City Centre (approx 3.5 miles) and surrounding neighbourhoods is very easy via; car, tram, bus.
This property is ideally situated for various gig venues, with just a couple of tram stops to Old Trafford Cricket ground, Victoria Warehouse, Castlefield Bowl, Arena, Albert Hall, Band on the Wall and the O2 Ritz.
