Burnbank Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful Victorian house hosting two large en-suite bedrooms. Situated in a quiet location yet only a two-minute walk to the centre of Moffat. A warm welcome and a home from home feel awaits you at Burnbank Bed and Breakfast . The Hartfell and Queensberry bedrooms are located on the first floor with scenic views of the surrounding hills and the Birnock Burn. Hartfell is our large Super-King Double room with en-suite shower/bath facilities. Relax in the comfy chairs from the bay window enjoying the view overlooking the Birnock burn, park and the outer Auldton and Hunterheck hills. Queensberry is our large Twin Room with separate dressing area and en-suite shower room facilities. With double aspect windows the beautiful arch window gives views to the front over the Birnock burn, park and Hunterheck hills and with the side window looking to Moffat centre and hills beyond. Enjoy a hearty home-cooked Scottish breakfast or lighter alternative options to set you up for your day. Breakfast is from 8am – 9am with a pre-order required the night prior. Dietary requirements can be catered for if advised in advance.

Moffat is a popular spa town in South West Scotland with its range of boutique shops, fabulous restaurants/cafes and stunning scenery in every direction for you to explore on foot, cycle, motorbike or car. Located about two miles from junction 15 on the M74, Moffat is an ideal central location to explore. Only 1 hour from Glasgow heading North or 45 minutes to Carlisle heading South on M74 and 1 ½ hours to Edinburgh along the Scenic A701 (Devils Beef Tub road).
