MINIMUM 2 NIGHT STAY AT ALL TIMES. Cosy traditional stone cottage with some original features. The living room is carpeted and has a sofa and armchair with occassional tables, desk and TV. There are exposed beams and a stone fireplace (but no fire). Free wi-fi. A modern fully equipped kitchen, which has the original wooden floor, offers a full size oven with hob, microwave ,Air Fryer, fridge and dishwasher. There are stairs leading up to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is carpeted and has a Super King Bed, which can also be set up as two singles and a Wardrobe and hairdryer. The large bathroom has a corner bath and an electric shower a toilet and sink. All bed linen and towels are provided as well as toiletries.

My first language is Welsh which is widely spoken in the village and the surrounding area. I have lived in the area all my life. I enjoy walking and am familiar with what the immediate and surrounding area has to offer. I also like travelling and meeting people from different cultures. I live next door to the property.

Quiet rural location with countryside views in an area designated a World Heritage Site. Eryri/Snowdonia is on the doorstep Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) is within easy reach as well as numerous other mountains, lakes, footpaths and cycle paths. It's an ideal location for walkers and climbers as well as numerous outdoor pursuits. Caernarfon, Beaumaris, Conwy and Penrhyn Castle are within easy reach as are other historical sights. The renowned Zip World is just five minutes away. The village pub is within walking distance and restaurants some ten minutes drive away
