Cherryburn Cottage is an attractive stone, single-storey cottage tucked away in the village of Akeld near Wooler, Northumberland. Made up of two bedrooms including a double and a twin, this cottage can sleep up to four guests. The bedrooms are serviced by a bathroom, and the cottage is then complete with a kitchen and a living/dining room. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Outside there is ample off-road parking for guests. Cherryburn Cottage is a splendid choice for a small family getaway to the Northumberland countryside. Note: This property does not accept Sunday check ins. Note: Bookings at this property must be a minimum of 2 nights. The Cheviot Goat pub is located on site and is available to guests subject to seasonal opening hours. PLEASE NOTE: The on-site swimming pool and sauna facilities will be open for guest use from 1 April 2026. Use of the swimming pool and sauna is available for an additional charge and must be arranged directly with the owners prior to arrival. From 1 April 2026 pool access is charged at 42 per adult per week with shorter stays charged on a pro-rata basis.
