A beautifully finished garden studio in the heart of Chiswick, where boutique design meets genuine comfort and a rare touch of resort-style living. Set within a private garden, this self-contained space has been styled with warmth and care — quality furnishings, considered details, and a distinct character that sets it apart from a typical studio stay. The open-plan layout features a large double sofabed with a luxury mattress, a voice-activated Sky Glass TV, a sound system, and room-darkening shades. Full-height glazed patio doors open directly onto a generous decked terrace. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, instant boiling water tap, and coffee maker. A dedicated laundry room houses a stacked washer and dryer. The ensuite shower room features twin basins on a dark vanity unit, a walk-in shower with gold mosaic tiling, and a curated selection of Aesop toiletries. Guests have exclusive use of the private outdoor pool from April to October, along with a BBQ, outdoor dining area, and atmospheric evening lighting. Entry is via a code-lockbox for seamless check-in. This property is better suited to buisness travellers. A four-hundred-pound security deposit is required via a secure third‑party platform two days before arrival, refunded within three days after checkout. A late check-out option may be available on request — please enquire in advance. Upsells such as early check‑in, late check‑out, and add‑on packages are available to enhance your stay. Please note that all upsells are non‑refundable once booked.

Chiswick House and Gardens — a Grade I listed 18th-century Palladian villa set within 65 acres of landscaped parkland — is just a 2-minute walk away, making it a natural starting point for a morning stroll or a peaceful afternoon outdoors. Chiswick High Road, with its independent cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and bars, is around a 15–20-minute walk and reflects the area's relaxed yet vibrant community feel. The Thames riverside at Strand-on-the-Green, known for its historic pubs and scenic river walks, is approximately 20–25 minutes on foot. Chiswick overground station is around 7–8 minutes on foot, with direct services into London Waterloo taking approximately 30–35 minutes. Turnham Green tube station (District line) is around 10 minutes by bus, with onward connections to Hammersmith and central London. Heathrow Airport is approximately 20–25 minutes by car. Parking is not available at the property.
