Breakfast at the Yard was the best out of three English Breakfasts during our stay. It was a tough one to meet up to, so, our compliments to your chef! The balcony room was perfect for Us, having a quick breath of fresh air first thing in the morning, and to test-out the outfit for the days' excursions. Your staff was exceptional and Vilia was very helpful and accommodating. Your location with the Westend, Trafaglar Sq. , and just across the Thames for the London Eye is perfect! The design style of your hotel exceeded my expectations with comfort while so pleasing to the eyes! Thank you for making our American Thanksgiving stay a real blessing and treat. We will return for another journey for Westend Shows next year, and without a doubt, I'll be booking in advance with you. Thank you GSY

Central location. We were upgraded on arrival to a larger room which we greatly appreciated as it allowed us to set up two large suitcases. The bed was really comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Loved the Club room!

First, the location is unbeatable. Clean hotel, constant access to coffee, tea, water (complements of the hotel). Staff is very friendly. The room is big, cozy and clean. We had some doubts about the "attached bathroom" meaning, but from our photos you can see it's ok. The bed is confortable, the bathroom is good size, water pressure great in the shower. You have shower gel, soap, hand cream, conditioner and shampoo.

Its a walkable to a lambeth station, london eye and other touristy places. Rooms is convenient specially the bed . Restaurant , convenience stores are around the corner.

Fantastic location within walking distance of the London Eye and Southbank. Affordable for a family trip to London and had everything we needed. 24/7 reception was also helpful when arriving late on the first night.

The staff delivered exceptional service and handled a maintenance issue affecting my originally booked room with great professionalism. As the room was unavailable due to maintenance, I was very kindly upgraded to a suite, which truly enhanced my stay. The suite was spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable, and the overall hospitality and attention to detail were outstanding. I am genuinely grateful for the way the team managed the situation.

The staff really made us feel great. Cris especially took time to care for us and chatted when he could. Archie was a bonus. The Wellington made my last trip to London amazing. The history, staff,new renovation and the location across from Waterloo. Pub life is warm and friendly. We'll done.
