We travel a lot ourselves and enjoy exploring, so we want to make your experience as enjoyable and memorable as possible. On a personal note, I do love plants and try include them in all the flats I host, but sometimes they need a little maintenance so feel free to water them as needed. We are a family that loves books and board games so you can also find those in all our homes. We have been living in this part of London for more than 20 years, and love to share recommendations for your trip. I have curated days out for guests and their families. We are committed for guests to have a comfortable stay, to feel at home, and want to come back for repeat visits, and of course to give us a great full marks review! This is why we given as much detail as possible about the flat in our descriptions and in our post booking communications. Located in the heart of the city, this inviting studio combines comfort with style. Enjoy your own 10 sqm patio—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or dining outside. Inside, the space is equipped with a smart TV ready for your favourite streaming apps, a washer/dryer, and a compact countertop oven for easy cooking. The studio features a brand-new, cozy UK Double-size bed. A small double sofa also converts into a bed for a third guest—let us know in advance so we can prepare it for you. There is a retro kitchenette, equipped with a mini fridge-freezer, over counter compact oven with 2 hobs, microwave and a washer dryer. The kitchen tap water is filtered and is drinking water. There is a new Smart TV equipped with apps like Netflix, ready for you to login into. We also have a fan at the flat. Biscay Road in Hammersmith is a quiet, residential street, characterized by its proximity to The Eventim Apollo, a historic and iconic live music and entertainment venue. It also benefits from access to the River Thames towpath, offering scenic walking and cycling routes. The area is well-served by public transport - We are a 5 minute walk to Hammersmith Broadway which is a major transport hub and commercial center, featuring shopping areas, restaurants and office spaces. It serves several London Underground (tube lines) with access to District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith and City lines that get you to major tourist attractions like Covent Garden and Soho in under 30 mins. The Piccadilly line gets you to and from Heathrow Airport in under 40 mins. Hammersmith Broadway is also a major bus interchange offering a wide range of bus routes across all of London. Bus no. 9 takes you from Hammersmith to Aldwych, passing landmarks like Kensington, South Kensington, and the Royal Albert Hall. Bus no. 27 takes you to Notting Hill, Camden, Paddington, Regent's Park and the West End.

Located in the heart of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, you'll be just steps away from the iconic Eventim Apollo and a short, easy walk to the Olympia London exhibition center. Whether you're in town for a world-class concert, a major trade show, or just to explore, you're perfectly situated to make the most of it. Hammersmith Broadway is a major transport hub for buses and trains, offering access to the District and Piccadilly lines as well as the Hammersmith & City line (note the latter is accessed from a separate entrance - follow the signs). The flat can be easily reached from London Heathrow airport by taking the Piccadilly line directly to Hammersmith station (40 mins door to door). From Gatwick airport you can take the Southern Line train to Victoria station and change to the District line taking you to Hammersmith tube station (62 mins door to door). We are a short 7-minute walk from the station. We are a 5-minute walk from Charing Cross hospital and other local amenities like pharmacies, supermarkets, dry cleaners, and local shops and restaurants. King Street has shops such as Primark, H&M, TKMaxx and IKEA for all your shopping needs (10 min walk). There is plenty of paid parking on the road from 9am to 5pm; its free after 5pm and on weekends. Parking can be paid via the Ringo App. There are also 2 car parks within 5-minutes walk: ParkBee Green Parking and St. Augustine Car Park Hammersmith.
