Deerclose West Farmhouse is a wonderful stone-built farmhouse and attached barn, located on the outskirts of Horsehouse in the Yorkshire Dales National Park and can sleep 14 people. The cottage has a ground floor king-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a ground floor king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor super king-size double bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request) with an en-suite, a super king-size double bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite bathroom, a family room with three single beds with an additional pull-out stacker bed, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a utility room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, an open plan kitchen, dining area and galleried sitting area in the barn and a first floor second sitting room with two sofa beds and a woodburning stove. Outside there is off road parking for eight cars and a front patio with furniture and 1.5 acres of grounds with a brook with a small 5ft waterfall.
