Stow-on-the-Wold has a beautiful selection of antique shops, art galleries, gift shops and traditional pubs and is perfectly placed for many beautiful countryside walks. Just a short drive from many of the picturesque Cotswolds towns and villages, such as Bourton-on-the-Water, Chipping Campden, Broadway, Burford and The Slaughters. Shakespeare’s Stratford-upon-Avon is a little further afield, but is well worth a visit. If you fancy spending the day out with the animals, then make sure to visit The Cotswolds Wildlife Park, Crocodiles of the World and Adam Henson’s Cotswolds Farm Park, all within easy reach by car from Eastcombe Annexe. Daylesford Organic is nearby and offers a wide range of local artisanal produce, as well as offering delicious coffee and cake, and stunning homewares. You will also find Bamford Spa at Daylesford, should you wish to be pampered. A visit to Burford Garden Centre is a must, with its stylish garden centre, gift shop, art gallery and glasshouse cafe.
