Lovely double bedroom with ensuite, dining area, living area and kitchenette space. There is a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and crockery provided. So you can make yourself some food and drink during your stay. The room is located on the lower floor of our family home. We live in the two upper floors and have two small children so the pitter patter of tiny feet my be heard above you from around 7am.

The house is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac. We are within ten minutes walking distance (2 minute drive) of the main square in Melrose where there are lots of options for food and drink. Restaurants, pubs, wine bars, cafes and takeaways - our favourite is the thai takeaway. There are also lots of lovely local shops including a vegetable shop, deli, bakery, fish monger and butcher to name a few. There is also a coop and spar. Many more shop and takeaways can be found in Galashiels 15 minutes drive away. We are very close the walking st cuthberts way walking route and the four abbeys way. The closest train station is Tweedbank and is five minute drive from the house.
