Spacious 2 bedroom Semi detached House with parking, Close to Manchester City Centre and to Manchester City football ground. It is central to all routes, 2 minutes away from the tram station, 10minutes on the tram to city centre, walking distance to Manchester City ground. Easy access to bus routes and tram. Close to retail park, Close to the motor way, close to local shops. Very quiet neighbourhood, mainly residential, 30 minutes drive to Manchester Airport.

We be available to support and sign post guest to local area and area of interest

The neighbourhood is very quiet, mostly residential, 2 minutes walk from the high street. If driving, there is parking space in front of the property. Very easy to get about town, by public transport, tram is 2 minutes away from home, and bus same, buses very frequent every 5-10minutes to Manchester city centre and Oldham town centre.
