Newly renovated apartment, situated on one of the most beautiful tree lined residential roads in Prestwich. KingSize room, dedicated work area 4k smart TV, free streaming services, beautiful views, 3 Miles to Mcr City Centre, 200Mtr to buses, short walk to Tram, J17 Motorway 1 Mile away. Prestwich has good mix of bars, restaurants, shops, M&S and Aldi all short walk away. No.8 backs onto Prestwich Flower Gardens, leading to Prestwich Clough& Forest. Truly peaceful, with everything to offer.

Ive been a Landlord for a number of years and have developed and renovation many properties. I'm currently buidling another Airbnb in my other home in prestwich, a fully self contained studio, with its own access. Im pretty easy going, sociable and like to keep a tidy home. I spent time between 2 homes, so I'm often in and out.

Prestwich has a thriving community with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars, all within a 5 min walk. The property backs onto Prestwich flower park, leading Ito Prestwich forest. No.8 is a very peaceful environment with access to Manchester centre within 10 minutes.
