Very friendly host. I had asked for the room to be set up for a birthday and they did just that. The room itself was clean all round and had everything we needed. Unfortunately we only stayed the night but would have been happy to stay a few more....

Brilliant location, we didn’t use the car for the two nights we stayed as there was plenty to do. Good parking and very pretty house and garden, even had breakfast on the patio one morning. Good places to eat in Lynmouth too.

Please take a look at our Gallery and Views pages to see more of our beautiful surroundings. We are in the heart of Lynton so ideally situated for shops, restaurants and local services.Lee House has been sensitively refurbished to combine tasteful classic charm with modern convenience. Lee House also provides guests with a free private car park (subject to availability), complimentary network services and WIFI access, south facing terrace and guest sitting room with local interest books, maps and walking route suggestions . We are situated in the heart of Lynton on Lee Road. There are many wonderful walks from Lynton and Lynmouth and many guests leave their car in our car park for the duration of their stay as they explore the amazing countryside we have on our doorstep. Please note that Lynton and Lynmouth are very hilly - our car park is available via a steep lane with a set of steep steps to and from. We have 3 floors, so 2 full sets of stairs and a a further 3 steps to reach the top floor. The third flight of stairs is on a curve. The terrace, a lovely place to sit in the south facing front garden is the ideal place to relax after a long walk, watch the birds play in the birdbath, read a good book or to simply sit back and enjoy the view. In the summer, afternoon tea can be preordered and enjoyed on the terrace or in the sitting room. We have 2 cats - Bette and Bob, who live with us next door ar No: 28. Whilst our cats do not have access to the B&B they are very friendly and you will see them around the gardens!
