Situated in an Edwardian family home, the Modern Private Studio bedroom with private en-suite offers a small fully equipped kitchenette that can be used to prepare and reheat food and fridge with small freezer compartment. The room is ideal for those who want to be close to the centre of London but still want to experience the relaxing side of North London. Just 20 minutes to Central London and with the 24 hour night tube it's a great alternative to staying in busy, very expensive Central London.

Bounds Green is a highly progressive community in the suburb of north London with a number of eateries, cafes and organic bakery and grocery stores. There are also shopping, leisure and restaurant facilities in neighbouring Wood Green, Muswell Hill and Crouch End. Easy access to the famous Alexandra Palace which hosts international festivals, concerts and many other quality events. With it’s stunning park land and views over London. Bounds Green Tube Station on the Piccadilly line (zone 3): 7 minutes walk. 18 minutes to Kings Cross and easy access to Heathrow and Gatwick Airports. Piccadilly line to the West End for shows and Regents Street & Oxford Street shopping. Bowes Park Train Station: 5 minute walk. 20 minutes to trendy Shoreditch, Brick Lane and Dalston or to the heart of the city Moorgate.
