Situated in Upper Bangor, above Patrick's Bar. Just a 5-minute walk from the main university building and 10 minutes from the town centre and all other university departments. Ideal base for visiting different areas of North Wales. The Flat is on 2 levels and has two newly refurbished bedrooms 1 King Sized bed & a single, there is also a bed settee in the single room. TVs are wifi. There is 1 shower & 1 WC. A fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer dishwasher, and Foldable table & essentials. The property is only accessible by 2 sets of stairs so is unsuitable for individuals with mobility issues. You have private access and the building is fully alarmed.

We have The Pontio Centre which is Bangor's new arts and innovation centre in the centre of Bangor and is home to a flexible mid-scale theatre, a studio theatre which holds up to 120 people, a 200-seater digital cinema, and a cutting-edge Innovation Centre. It also offers food and drinks at Ffynnon bar on Level 0, Cegin café on Level 2, and Copa kiosk on Level 5. It's huge. Pontio offers an eclectic mix of entertainment seven days a week, from the latest film releases and independent films to music and drama, gigs, contemporary circus and aerial theatre, cabaret shows and more. We are an ideal location to go travelling from; Locally we have Bangor Cathedral, Penrhyn Castle, Beaumaris Castle and Conway Castle, Also Zip World both Penrhyn Quarry and Blaenau Ffestiniog with zip wire and bounce below. Adventure Parc Snowdonia with indoor & outdoor activities, including a surf lagoon, climbing walls & tunnels, Llanberis Lake Railway, Snowdon Mountain and Railway with The Electric Mountain, a State-of-the-art hydropower station and The Ffestiniog Railway.
