One bedroom property with double bed, enclosed garden and sun room. Well equipped kitchen. Low level shower for easy access. Quiet location within 5 minutes walk to town center and all amenities. Full license with Scottish Borders Council SB-00030F. Bike storage for up to 2 cycles in the garden shed. Close to Peebles Golf Club, Glentress Mountain Biking Centre and fishing on the River Tweed (requires a license).
Welcome to Buchan Gardens. We use the house ourselves as a second home and enjoy sharing the variety of Peebles with others. We hope you have a comfortable stay. We have been hosting for a few years now. Any suggestions are welcome and reviews are useful in establishing us as welcoming hosts.
We particularly enjoy the cycle paths in and around Peebles and mushroom hunting has yielded some good finds!

Small town with pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, swimming pool, golf club and bike riding routes are all nearby. Fishing with permit purchase is available locally. Good range of independent shops and larger supermarkets. Traquair House, Kailzie Estate and Dawyck Gardens are a short car drive away. Lovely walking routes throughout the Borders.
