Exclusively Eastbourne was set up by husband and wife, Carl & Sarah Stanger, after they recognised the need for high quality self catering accommodation on Eastbourne. Both Carl and Sarah have travelled extensively, lived abroad and enjoyed (and occasionally endured) a wide spectrum of holiday and business accommodation and this experience has shaped their understanding of what makes a great holiday home. Their ethos is simple - to listen to and understand what guests require and provide only the best holiday homes. If there is something that would help to make your stay extra special, just ask. Maybe you are organising the holiday as a birthday treat and you need help with the cake or decorations. Perhaps it is a romantic getaway and you want champagne chilling and flowers on arrival.

This Pevensey Beach Cottage is a simply stunning property throughout, its breathtaking views of the English Channel and your very own 10 metres of private beach make this the perfect British holiday. The coast stretches for miles and from the end of your very own private beach you can walk all the way along the coast line through Eastbourne and to the cliffs of Beachy Head. The property inside matches the glorious surroundings with beautiful finishes and a clever layout that gifts a wonderful flow of indoor outdoor living. The open plan kitchen/dining/living room is fully equipped with all appliances and a smart TV, a beautiful piano and magnificent views at every point of the beach and ocean beyond. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom is a king size room, the second bedroom is a twin room and there is a quadruple room with two sets of bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and all linen and towels are provided.

Pevensey Bay is a quiet seaside village just a few miles east of Eastbourne. It has a lovely tranquil air, making it a perfect spot for a beach retreat. There is a selection of shops, restaurants and bars in the village, plus Sovereign Harbour's Waterfront area just a mile away - with more options and a huge Asda supermarket.
