The property is a 5 bedroom house. The guest suite is situated downstairs. You have your own enterance, double bedroom, en suite and utility area with, fridge, kettle and tea/coffee making facilities.

Me and my son live here and have lived in the area my whole life. We both enjoy being outside whether its going on a bike ride or just heading to the sea front. Have lots of local knowledge if you need any help on your stay.

The local neighbourhood is very quiet. We are on a main bus route taking you directly into Brighton, Newhaven or Eastbourne. It is a 6 mile joureney into Brighton from the property. Bus stops directly outside.
