Totally Self Contained studio apartment with own entrance and no shared facilities on the edge of this Cotswold village just 20 minutes walk from the popular town of Burford. Only a short drive to both The Farmer's Dog & Diddly Squat Farm, the home of Jeremy Clarkson. Pudswell Studio is the perfect base for exploring all this beautiful area has to offer. The Studio was completed in June 2017 above a double garage giving guests their own space to come and go as they please. There is a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and fridge. There is a comfortable sofa, king sized double bed, walk in shower room, wifi and being elevated and on the edge of the village the most stunning views of the Cotswolds through three banks of six Velux style windows. The studio has a Bluetooth hifi and non terrestrial internet flat screen HD TV. There is off road parking and storage for bikes and larger items. The studio also has a garden so guests can enjoy an early evening drink before heading into the hostelries of nearby Burford or to the village gastro pub The Carpenters Arms.

Fulbrook is a very welcoming village with a thriving church and gastro pub The Carpenters Arms within 5 minutes walk. There are excellent walking and cycling facilities from the apartment. Just 4 miles from The Farmer's Dog and 8 from Diddly Squat Farm for those who know! Off road parking and plenty of storage for bikes etc. if needed.
